  1. Mix all dry ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Add in water and blend until well-combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  4. Spoon mixture into sprayed/nonstick muffin pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
  6. Enjoy warm; Store in air-tight container or keep refrigerated.
